How to help the environment?

The world is realizing that the only way to stop global warming and other forms of environmental degradation is uniting humanity in a single effort. There are several things thet we can do at home to help reduce the impact on the environment:
-Turn off lights when not in use
-Do not waste water
-recycling
-using the heating and air conditioning sparingly
-using public transport

Hardball

This film makes a great message, first because sometimes we want easy money and did not want to work for it, but the law says: "Who does not work do not eat. " I also think it gives us a great lesson when the coach does not realize that caring for children  would make him a better person, as he was practically a bum but working with thesechildren changed his appearance and thoughts. 

Changes

I think "wanting to change the world" depends on each person'sthinking, not all care what is happening around them, other peoplecare what happens. I also think a change will only be achieved when all agree to see a better world either politically, socially, in thefield of "religious" in any area we can make a difference.

Oral Presentation-My Favorite Movie

the third of the films Step Up. The film is directed by Jon Chu, who also worked in the previous film Step Up 2: The Streets. In this movie I found 3 positive things:
1. Believe in yourself to achieve a  goal
2. Always positive attitude
3.Not just by talking we can communicate.

Homework-Culture

This is a weird and strange tradition that it's practice in China by doctors... They do this only to make money and being famous on their city..

Facing the Giants

This movie it's just amazing... Don't have a lot to say but I download one of the best scene of the movie, because so is God with us.. He is like yelling us: "do not afraid, keep going, don't quit, don't stop, give me your best...." In different  situations of our lives... God is just wonderful!

Endurance Test

The only extreme sport I have practiced is skateboarding, because I had friends who did this and I saw it a little fun a little dangerous but fun. I started practicing on flat ground then I start making "tricks" and once by doing these"tricks" on the school stairs, I fell and broke my arm. I went to the hospital but I don't learn because I kept practicing. Then I start having class with a professional skateboarder and he was teaching me how to do tricks on the thing using by professional skaters and I had a nasty fall where I broke my foot, then I quit skating practice.

Learn on week 2

1.     1. The brains learns:
The conference was good, although there was some deviation from the topic: "The brain learns" many things that were spoken had nothing to do with the subject and I was bored. The speaker wanted that the conference was interestingbut for me it did not. Although it remains to rescue some points made, were interesting and many of them serve to become a professional.


2. Advertising on the air:
This is the class that I like most becuase I saw how far can a company reach to capture the attention of people and sell a product. It was also interesting to see the commercials that my classmates brought cause watch them on television and watch them in class was different there we could understand the purpose of the company to make they Ads.

Identity Theft

Identity theft is a form of fraud or cheating of another person's identity in which someone pretends to be someone else by assuming that person's identity, typically in order to access resources or obtain credit and other benefits in that person's name. The victim of identity theft (here meaning the person whose identity has been assumed by the identity thief) can suffer adverse consequences if he or she is held accountable for the perpetrator's actions. Organizations and individuals who are duped or defrauded by the identity thief can also suffer adverse consequences and losses, and to that extent are also victims.

My Introduction

Hi! My complete name is Sheral Nathalia Vaz Reed, in my country all of my friends call me Sheral or by my last name(Vaz). Here in San Jose most of people call me Nathalia, some friends Nathy. And that was a little secret about my name(laughs). 

I was studying at the ULATINA but the way that the teachers teach, the labs, and other things things make me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to start in a new University and I found out about this one; Ulacit and a like it, this is one reason that I can tell you i'm here. Well I love Dentistry(word that a learn in your class) for me is a career of service, and that make me feel that i'm doing something for the humanity. I'm christian, i sing a lot, love to sing, And this everything.
